Collistar is an Italian makeup and skincare brand. It is well-known in my country. I use both their makeup and skincare products. But I will write about skincare in a different post. Collistar is not a drugstore brand. It’s a mid-range makeup brand like, let’s say, Clinique. Here is their website if you want to visit. Well, I am not a big fan of some Collistar makeup products. For example, their lipsticks and mascaras are not to my liking. But I really like their foundations, especially Collistar Even Finish foundation+Primer, Collistar powders and highlighters.
COLLISTAR EVEN FINISH FOUNDATION REVIEW
So far, Collistar Even Finish Foundation is my favourite Collistar makeup product, which is a foundation and a primer in a single product. It’s a full-coverage foundation with a thick and creamy texture, and a little goes a long way. I like the sleek and practical packaging. It comes in a 35 ml plastic bottle.This foundation is waterproof and has sun-protecting factors – SPF 15. It has a limited shade range, though. There are only seven shades of the foundation. They need way more shades than that because it is such a good foundation.
I like the formula of Collistar Even Finish Foundation. It has a smooth and comfortable texture. It glides onto the skin like a dream and doesn’t stick to dry areas of my face. This foundation covers everything, but it never cakes on my skin. If you find the right shade, it will be almost invisible on your skin. Furthermore, the staying power is so good. It gives you flawless skin and lasts all day long.
According to the product description, Collistar Even Finish foundation is for all skin types. However, I wouldn’t recommend using it on oily skin and in hot weather because it’s moisturizing and not that lightweight for summertime. Overall, I like the product a lot. I enjoy wearing it in wintertime. I guess I will buy this one once I run out of it.
